Glaze
Odorless, acrylic, semi transparent water-based slow drying medium, which provides a long time window of workability in order to achieve the desired result.
Can be mixed with colorants or emulsion paints and produces infinite number of shades.
Application with a brush
Paint the wall with a light shade, let it dry completely and overlay using the Mondobello Glaze color (darker).
The glaze layer dries slowly, allowing enough working time to achieve the desired result.
While the glaze layer is still wet on the surface, using the brush, we draw continuous vertical straight lines.
Can be tinted in any shade.
Application with sponge
Paint the wall with a light shade, let it dry completely and overlay using the Mondobello Glaze color (darker).
The glaze layer dries slowly, allowing enough working time to achieve the desired result.
Wet a sponge, pinch it dry, dip it in the glaze color, remove excess paint from it and dab the sponge on the surface.
Can be tinted in any shade.
Application with cloth
Paint the wall with a light shade, let it dry completely and overlay using the Mondobello Glaze color (darker).
The glaze layer dries slowly, allowing enough working time to achieve the desired result.
While the paint is still wet, you can work on it using a soft and dry cloth which you need to replace once soaked with paint.
Can be tinted in any shade.
Application with hard bristle brush

In this technique, any “line” you draw using the brush, must be seamless and continuous from beginning to end.
This technique can be applied using a single color.

Application with nylon cover sheet
Paint the wall with a light shade, let it dry completely and overlay using the Mondobello Glaze color (darker).
The glaze layer dries slowly, allowing enough working time to achieve the desired result.
While the paint is still wet, use a crumpled nylon cover sheet and gently place it over the wet paint and remove it imprinting any desired patern on the wall.
Can be tinted in any shade.
Application with nylon bag
Paint the wall with a light shade, let it dry completely and overlay using the Mondobello Glaze color (darker).
The glaze layer dries slowly, allowing enough working time to achieve the desired result.
While the paint is still wet, use a crumpled nylon bag and tap it uniformly on the painted surface.
Can be tinted in any shade.
Application Instructions

We apply a layer of ”VELLUTO” latex paint or a high quality emulsion paint such as ”Ecolux super Tetralux” emulsion paint in any desired shade.

Apply a GLAZE layer without thinning using a brush, roller, dye plate, cloth, sea sponge, nylon or plastic spatula.
